This type of accommodation provides a combined living and bedroom of 20m2 in a shared apartment for five people, which has all together a living space of 171m2. In the entrance area there is a commonly shared hallway.

All rooms are facing west and have their individual entrance. There are en-suite bathrooms and each room has its own balcony. The entrance room provides sufficient space and is equipped with a big wardrobe and a fridge. The living area can be furnished individually. This creates a privacy which is in general not the standard in shared apartments.

The shared apartment has a comfortable common room as come together space which consists of a well designed and functional kitchen as well as a dining and living space. Further, there is a terrace of 18m2, which is facing south.
