My home in Zell

Located in the centre of the city, the freestanding building has four main floors and a top floor. It is designed in a L-shaped form.

 

The generous space between the building and the street evokes the atmosphere of a front yard which adds more the living comfort to all apartments and it increases the value of the spacious balconies and terraces.

 

The design of the building allows that the apartments face towards south and west in an ideal way. At the same time this creates an inner courtyard which can be used as a space to come together. This inner courtyard with the character of a piazza is also the entrance to the staircase and a direct access to the utility rooms for bikes, strollers and the garbage bins, which are on the ground floor level.

 

The layout plan was designed to create open, friendly and well structured apartments. Further, the balconies and terraces contribute to an exclusive accommodation on the highest standard and with the flexibility to adapt the apartment to your personal needs and taste.
